Well I’m deleting my Facebook account. So don’t go back. Just make this one visually more interesting. We’re creatives not geeks!!!

I don’t have a problem with Facebook. I have had so many positives with it. You have to cultivate your experience on it and it will give you back more of what you put your energy into viewing and liking on there…like a hyper accelerated version of life ! I mean I did a truly immersive Jungian Film School class for 3 months, with the Jung Institute on there…was an incredible experience and a fantastic format for it. Much better than discord or old school type forum formats like here, for truly interactive and immersive study.
My fb feed is full of wonderful esoteric stuff, far out science, music, arts, psychology, etc etc.
Of course there is a dark side to it, and a lot of lunacy and outright aggression…but that’s the same as capitalism and the advertising industry that so many of us right here are making entire livings off…(let’s not forget people physically fist fighting over beautifully branded toilet papers!) I don’t see the moral high ground other than by selective filtering. We seem to need villains in order to deny our own shadowy nature’s imho !
Youngster here! My friends and I stopped using FB a while ago because not only our parents but now our grandparents are also on it. So I feel the same nerves as getting ready for picture day every time I log in. Prefer the forum. Don’t care much about the colours either, although the Star Wars theme is funny. Maybe we’re not a regular nerds. We’re cool nerds.
