Any suggestions on how best to create these specs? Maybe using media encoder?

I am very much confused by the Codec needing to be H264 in an MXF container but the file format as MP4

@PlaceYourBetts that makes no sense. FYI, most of the web deliverable spec sheets I come across make no sense either. So, make something that is as close as you can get, tell your client that it makes no sense and you’ll do your best, and it might just work for them. If not, it forces someone that actually knows wtf is going on to get in touch with you.
Don’t stress about it too much. Seriously. its all a poop shoot.
