Glyph Atom PRO Portable Thunderbolt NVME

Damn. This looks interesting. 8TB TB3 for $1399? Not bad.

I do love the simplicity of a bus powered NVME Framestore, but I burnt out a few cables working that way. Seemed the data transfer and power needed was just too much for the cable.

I have this one with a couple of NVMEs in, and works really well as a Framestore with separate power supply.

very interesting that the cables burn out.

We use the 8tb glyph atoms for onset data backup, they are good but pretty hot.

Never had a issue with cables but we dont run them as a framestore
