Image FX: How to disable matte from multi-channel

Hi there,

I’m applying a Timeline-Image on a layer above a multi-channel clip with embedded alpha.
How do I disable the usage of that matte?

You should be able to just hit the blue light in the “comp” button at the end of the timeline FX strip. That will disable it and it should behave like an unmatted clip.

Not in front of the box at the moment, so if that doesn’t work don’t be shy about saying so.

What Kirk said. That’s the one.

Alternatively you can import a flat layer instead of a multi layer clip. But I thinks it’s better to keep your options open and just kill the blue light.
