Media export comes up every time I drag a clip from a saved desktop to the current desktop, how can I stop this happening?
I’ve had that too sometimes. Don’t know why, but I’d love top know the answer!
What version of flame are you running? I noticed this in 2025. I reset my hotkeys/shortcuts where pen clicks, pen up/down were activating an action and it resolved it. It was a bugger though.

I’ve seen this before in 2025. I haven’t gotten around to understanding it completely, but the version of this issue that I was experiencing is that occasionally when dragging clips around the desktop, often from the Library to the Desktop Reels, Flame is behaving as if I’m dragging a clip into the Media Hub for Export.
It’s been a while since I’ve seen this, but if I remember correctly, my workaround was to either close Flame and open it again and that often fixes it, or to try to find an area of the UI (I found areas more off to the side work best) that doesn’t cause the export dialogue to initiate.
This is on my list of bugs but I haven’t been able to reliably reproduce it so I never went about submitting it.
