Publishing - video segments are correct res but jpgs get cropped to 1920x1080

I have a sequence of mostly video with a few stills that I’m publishing to EXR to work on. I have my preprocessing dialed in so all my segments are the res and color space I want before I publish. I have the Sequence Publish set to Same as Clip rez and Use Original Media. My video segments all correctly get published as 4K, but the stills are getting cropped to 1920x1080 and the Action repos they come in with from the AAF are getting baked in so they are getting cropped when they go out to disk.

What am I doing wrong? Is this a bug?

-apparently a limitation of the infrastructure used for publishing out content with Timewarps.

They are freeze frames, so that would do it. :frowning:
