Strobing / Low Refresh Rate

Hi,

Just wondering if there’s a node that’ll strobe / reduce the refresh rate of a clip?

So something you’d use if you were going to fake CCTV footage maybe, where the image refreshes every couple of seconds for example

Use the deal node
And the repeat node

Or you can use the desktop tools

Or you can add an expression to affect the slip on a mux node

Or you can use timewarp
