Hello Logik,

I hope all is well. This one is really for the Toronto post-companies. We haven’t had a Flame User Group meeting in quite sometime. It would be amazing to rectify this. We’ve had interest from guest speakers to come and show and share. What we’re looking for is a venue.

The idea venue would have a bit of an open space somewhere… maybe this is a lobby or similar? We are looking to be able to setup folding chairs, a desk, and a projector where we could show off some nifty Flame stuff for all y’all. I’d offer up our studio, but we’re just not the right shape for this kind of thing. Any volunteers? I’m happy to co-ordinate as much as possible of this with your EP’s, owners, etc. if you think your studio might fit the bill.

Does Autodesk still have offices in Toronto?
You could likely hit them up if they do.

It’s a nice idea Quinn. Unfortunately they don’t have the space/presence here they used to have. I think we’ll have to rely on the kindness of strangers this time around.

Check with @andymilkis on the latest. There was discussion of having it in Montreal for that reason, but I don’t think the math worked somehow.
