Thought this was quite interesting.
This is my latest project for KFC, we created some snazzy AI transitions for their new campaign. We also had to create all the usual social versions. But rather than actually work on it at a resolution and aspect ratio that would cover all eventualities, or massively crop in for the 9x16 version, we just finished it off at 16:9 and used runwway’s extend tool to create the extra image data needed at the top and bottom to create the 9X16 version. It worked really well, and clients V happy. Actually makes life a lot easier. Prob won’t work for everything, but a good tool to have.

It takes a few renders, and still quite a bit of post to fix any issues, but it works.
