Wacom Pen Buttons keep resetting

Wacom Intuos 4 on Mac Studio… The pen buttons keep resetting to “5th Click” and “4th Click” as soon as flame becomes active. I’d really like them stay on “Right Click” and “Middle Click”

Anyone else see this?

I should probably just get the newer Intuos.

Set both of these to pointer button 1:

That should fix it in Flame, trouble is I think it will mess up your right click on the pen in the normal OS environment. I hate Wacom software.
