Arri Alexa Mini LF MXF files with flame 2025, Media Hub showing 'Empty'

Hi all,

I’m trying to import Arri Alexa Mini LF MXF files with flame 2025.
The media hub is showing wrapper as Empty.

This is in the CAMERA_ORIGINALS folder.

Should be compatible, right?

@andrew_heropost - can you read them with the ARRI Reference Tool?

@randy - had some issues with alexa35 material recently and upgraded to flame 2026 to solve

I can see them on Mac, using the Arri reference tool.
I’m on linux for Flame.

@andrew_heropost - it appears that the files are good.
which version of flame are you using?
can you upgrade to the current release of flame?
the ARRI sdk updates are included in the recent release of flame?

One thing to try… don’t import the associated audio. I’ve seen Arri files that contained audio tracks that were incompatible with Flame. I would think you should be able to import the files you’re describing into FLM 2025

@andrew_heropost you probably got files generated with SUP 7.3.0, which are now supported in Flame 2026:

@naveen I never heard about the audio issue you have described. Could you point me to a file showing the issue so we could have a look OR better open a ticket with our Support team?
