Is it possible (and if so, how). to camera track a shot, then send the tracking results from Flame and export in such a way that i can bring it into Cinema4d and have the motion data applied to the 3d cgi scene?
Have you tried exporting the tracked camera as an FBX?

It should work just fine, as I recently provided an FBX cam to CG and all was good.
