yes they should, why its not paired with the flame download on the same page is really confusing

Flame and the DKU meant to be independent.
The rationale behind it is that a new DKU can be released independently from a new version, and the inverse is also true.
I acknowledge the comment about including the DKU with the Flame download.
As a side note, the DKU is considered a utility tool (not a product). Therefore, it makes sense to include the link with the Flame system requirements page.

It would be nice if just on the flame page it said you’ll need DKU version ## to run this application here is a link to that, that’s really all I want instead of having to search for it.
