Was this an AAF conform from someplace else? I get those tiny trim marks sometimes from AVID sequences where they somehow have two clips piled on top of each other, or something (I have no idea.) Try selecting them and hitting Delete and see if it looks like nothing happened, but then selecting the edit point acts normal again.

No everything was made in Flame…

Ok I tried to select(Option+A) this tiny trim marks but nothing (visible) happend.
Hmm but now something is definitively “wrong”, because
Command + left/right and selecting the transition points between segments does not work anymore.
The same in all other projects Probably i confused Flame with my playing around.
Restarting Flame and even rebooting the Mac does not help
Only seeing half of it means, that you have a transition in the cut without any lenght. So you would need to delete it or make it at least 1 frame long to work.
