In and out of HSV

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but does anyone know of a matchbox shader or other way to go in and out of HSV colorspace?

I saw this interesting trick/tip when coming highly saturated images in linear (i.e. fire) and using HSV to clamp the green channel (i.e. saturation) to aid in not getting any crazy values.


You can split into hsl with separate. Same thing. Then cc the sat and combine back

Thanks John. I didn’t realize they were interchangeable for this purpose but that makes total sense.
