Happy Friday everyone! In an effort to better serve and the support Flame Artists from across the globe, Logik.tv is proud to announce our new small group mentoring and peer support program, Logik Hiveminds.
For the past 6 months, we’ve been trialing Hiveminds and so far the results have been truly remarkable. We’ve helped experienced artists transition from staff to freelance, studio owners evolve their business offering, and shared an incredible amount of relevant experience and knowledge.
Right now, we have @digitalbanshee, @Mbemigh and yours truly as Mentors across three time zones. We’re looking forward to growing the program and having mentors in every major market.
What is a Logik Hivemind
Logik Hiveminds are small, 4-6 person groups that meet weekly over the course of 8 weeks. We’ll pair you with peers and a mentor that will provide you the support, experience, knowledge, network and accountability you need to help you on your journey.
Community
We will connect you with peers that not only provide immediate support, but form lasting relationships to draw upon for years to come. Think of it as your very own Board of Directors.
Mentorship
Our mentors have decades of experience running studios, developing world-class teams and are passionate about your growth. When they aren’t creating iconic content for the world’s biggest screens, they are daydreaming about your success.
Accountability
Our small groups will provide the necessary nudge you need to make positive and effective change in your career.
Format
Week 1 | Intro
Introductory class which covers the rules of the road, general introductions, group goals, and your individual goals.
Weeks 2-7 | Spotlights
will be Individual Spotlights. Each week, we’ll take turns putting you in the Spotlight, where the discussion is all about you, your journey, and what you need from us.
Week 8 | Outro
We’ll celebrate your achievements over the past 8 weeks and leave you with a roadmap for moving forward.
After the 8 weeks
Afterwards, you’ll receive access to a private community where you can keep in touch with your peers and mentors.
