Just quickly

how do I fix this. it crashed mid render and now this.,.

Hey Jon,

I might be wrong but I think this is saying that it failed to do a vic.

There is an option in the preferences now that will look for these un referenced frames and purge them.

Use the Flush Purgable button in Prefs > System > Storage

Or quit Flame and it should clean up.. but the button’s easier

(*EDIT - I have no idea sorry)

mid render and after a crash?

This might be more serious than I am suggesting.

Good luck. Sorry I am not of more help.

Take a look here:

How does one run vic these days?

You don’t. It doesn’t exist anymore. It’s been replaced by something else I forget the name of. But that error is much more severe than anything related to vic et’al.

this looks like there is an error with or reach the database server.

Ah ok - so how does one fix this problem

Support

maybe I should archive and start again

support doesnt work for me. its impossible to report something

how so?

its impossible to get past the bot. ive tried many a time

Hey jon, I went to the bot and typed “Im getting an error in Flame 2026.2.1 where it says "Project Integrity Check Failed Unable to Extract FrameIDs from libraries.” “

And then it gave me an answer but at the bottom it asked if I wanted to connect with an agent, so I clicked “Connect with an agent” and then I can Create a Case.

Can you try to use those exact words and see if you get the same result?

Yes, the bot fucking sucks, and I’ve talked to @Slabrie about that many times. Its very strange because some peoples account don’t have the bot at all. They just click Create Case and it takes them right to it. Jesse’s account is like that. But my account has the damn Clippy bot. See attached and try that.

its impossible for me. I’m just going to try Jeffs wordings

ahah - that worked. well done Jeff. I’m obviously just using the wrong words. not a good way to be though is it
