Pulling my ever thinning hair out!
I’m wiring a timeline clip with history from one flame to another. The clip comes in but the BFX history that was on said clip has vanished. Tells me the setups were lost. Is this a tab in the preferences that i cannot find or a wiring issue does anyone know.

Try archiving out from 1st machine and into 2nd machine as an alternative.

It could be that the history links to clips that are on the framestore, but not in the batch, so they are not being wired. Like @AndyBrown says, archive out, then in.
Alternately, don’t use clip history and lose nothing!
