Recover deleted clip from sequence reel?

I did a bad thing and accidentally deleted my timeline from the default sequences reel. I then worked some in batch before noticing and filled up the undo buffer with other stuff. So no undo to save me.

How can I get the clip/timeline back? I’m hoping it exists in an auto backup somewhere. I found an article about restoring libraries but I’m not sure where this clip would live in the project structure so I’m not sure what to try to restore.

I got it going from the last backup in the auto recovery project. The key is to know that you are looking for .#workspace.000.wks (and its corresponding hist folder). I guess “ls -al” FTW. Hah.
