Paint/Tracker wacom weirdness working remotely

Hi all,

I’m using HP Anyware (PC) to remote into my Linux Flame and quite often I have a situation in Paint and 2D Tracker where the initial brush stroke or point click goes haywire around the screen and the only way to end it is to ALT+TAB out and in again. Intuos Pro wacom both ends. Sometimes a full system reboot fixes it, sometimes it doesn’t.

If anyone has had this and fixed it I’d love to know how, as it’s a pita to work around.

I sometimes get this in my schematic, almost like someone else has taken control.

Try disabling “Relative Mouse” (Ctrl+Alt+R) under Connection in Anyware Client’s menu

I’ve experienced weirdness (or even complete failure) if the pen is too close to the tablet on the machine your are controlling.

Thanks Jaime, I’ve disabled and it’s working so far… albeit after a full restart of all systems. Time to pressure test it :slight_smile:
