Pcoip usb devices

I’ve been working remotely for some time via pcoip and not had any issues. However this morning when i go to forward my tablet, all devices are showing as unavailable or unauthorised. I’ve restarted my mac and disconnected / reconnected several times, but no joy.
Anyone else ever had this? Know how to fix it?

if all was working well and you’ve tried all the corrections on your end, my guess would be that it is on the server end and maybe it needs a reboot? or someone in between you and your remote machine has changed either a config or other rules governing your connection.
I typically remote from a windows machine to my linux machine at the office. Occassionally, when I log in I get a visible but unresponsive desktop. What I’ve had to do in that case is - log in remotely. Nothing seems to work except the top menus. So, I am able to log out of my current user which kicks me out of my pcoip session. When I log back in, I get the desktop and session back in working order and the machine works as expected.

This hasn’t happened to us for a long time. Make sure you are on the latest Agent/Client version. But it was also very infuriating and un-acknowledged by Teradici for a long time.

All up to date my end. The only difference is they have given me a different box to the one I used previously.

If your problem looks like my image below, I’ve been told in order for this to work, the following packages need to be installed:
dkms
usb-vhci

At least that fixed it for our machines.
