An error message came up - I don’t know why this is happening. Anyone got any thoughts?
No idea why it is happening but this does rings a bell with me 
It must have happened to me and I now turn off the OTOC thumbnail option.
It can be related to an inability to access source material if soft imported, perhaps if drives/mounts go offline.
If you don’t use the thumbnails ignore the error message.
