Is there a way of recover the batch setups of a project deleted ? I deleted a project and I didn’t press the button to keep the setup.

Look in /opt/Autodesk/project and see if the files are still there.
What is your platform? Mac? Linux?
The files are not there Andy. I tried to find the backup inside the .clip and it isnt there as well.

I am not a mac person, but I’ll take a wild stab. . . . In general, setups are stored on the HD of the host machine. If you have any sort of auto-backup that runs overnight, it might be in there.
