Resize multiple mixed resolutions to half size

Hi

Trying to find a simple way of resizing multiple mixed resolutions to half/ quarter size without having to enter manual resize dimensions for every individual bit of footage?

I have loads of stills of many different frame dimensions and just want to quickly make them all half their original size, but still full frame.

If they are stills, I could suggest resizing them on the OS level. If you’re on Mac, this is really easy with Automator, with online tools or even with Preview…
