This is early days on a little lip-sync test Iām working on:
Quite fun, will flesh it out in to a full vid, and tidy it up. So for example the black levels in her mouth are off but that can be fixed. Will run loads of passes with different source images and movements and pick the moments the lip-sync gels best.
Edit to add. Cook_VHS seems to be broken in 2025.1 
Crok_VFS is great for stuff like this, hopefully we can get it fixed. Sorry I forgot who I should flag it up with?
