I don’t think this toothpaste can’t go back in the tube. This isn’t like some invasive species that’s been released into the wild and can’t be caught again. These are actually very large companies that should be very large targets for lawsuits. If OpenAI and the rest get sued out of existence for twelve different flavors of copywrite infringement I don’t think the world will shed many tears.
