I don’t think this toothpaste can’t go back in the tube. This isn’t like some invasive species that’s been released into the wild and can’t be caught again. These are actually very large companies that should be very large targets for lawsuits. If OpenAI and the rest get sued out of existence for twelve different flavors of copywrite infringement I don’t think the world will shed many tears.

If punitive measures aren’t taken for this nonsense, it will simply propagate and end up being tolerated.
Most acid fanciers can handle this sort of thing. But nobody can handle that other trip-the possibility that any freak with $1.98 can walk into the Circus-Circus and suddenly appear in the sky over downtown Las Vegas twelve times the size of God, howling anything that comes into his head…
