What are you using for screen recording?
I have been using Shift/CMD/5 to capture but I have been getting some massive files. I can’t find how to change those settings so I thought I would ask the room.
On Linux I use simple screen recorder
On mac which I never use anymore I used obs

Oh cool. OBS looks perfect. Choose a recording format and quality 
Thanks for the linux suggestion too. I’ve wondered about that before. Might be a little while before I can get back on the linux boxes but it is good to know.
I also like the one where it shows your key presses. What was that one called @randy ?

There’s several. IShowU is what I use. And QuickTime in a pinch is brill.
