Action surface trxtures

was looking at how i can relense undistorted renders on the timeline without BFX and it seems like i could theoretically use external textures in a UVmap surface in tlfx action

The problem I an facing is that that does not work at all and just breaks the image ? the same map works fine as a normal media input just not in this “texture map” field.

is that a bug or am I overlooking something? this would be great

Breaks as in jagged artifacts? If so, maybe that workflow doesn’t support 32bit…?

Or maybe you need to do it in a 32fp sequence?
