I am thinking about getting a 27" 5k monitor so it can pair nicely with my mac book pro. However, I also would like to use it for my Linux Box and switch between the two. Is anyone out there using a 5k monitor on linux? Just want to make sure the resolution scaling is going to be okay and/or that everything won’t look super tiny, etc. any thoughts are appreciated!
Semi similar. I have a 49" Dell ultra wide running it at 5120x1440 resolution on Mac Studio. Display isn’t scaled, but native. Flame works perfectly fine for that on a Mac. In fact I prefer it over dual monitor layouts.
So chances are good that this will be fine on Linux as well.
