Ok understand… The same with the regular subscription(3 year, 1 year, 1 month)?

A subscription is for any version of Flame. You could download and install an older version if you so desired

You have access to approximately the last 3 years worth of installers as a subscription holder.

Just for making sure… With a subscription It’s possible to continue to work with Flame 2021.2 on an nearly finished project (on macOS Catalina) ?

Why not open the project or archive in the newest version of Flame? Whats the reason to work in the old version?

Just 3x checking youre aware Flame is generally backward compatible (**edit - by backward compatible… im mean 2025 can open a 2021 script, but not vice versa). There would differences in python script compatibility. Possibly some matchboxes that used to work are now broken. But all of the ADSK nodes in Batch should be a-ok.

Thank’s for asking. Since I should soon finish my student project, my idea was: never change a well running system…

Switching to Flame 2025 would certainly make sense, if there is a real opportunity to continue to learn Flame.

But since the fyphd-vpn license soon stopped to work after I made a subscription and there is no learning edition of Flame, it’s not possible for me to go on, also because I do not qualify for the edu-version …
