Hello
would like to change the duration of any dissolve, e.g. +4 or -3 (in one step).
If possible without selecting all dissolves manually (Control-key and mouseclick) 
Possible?

Yep,
i think it could be done by filtering just the dissolve under the “lens” icon in the bottom right of the screen.
Once selected all the transition just click on the duration of the dissolve and move up and down with up/down keys. For step of ± 4, click on duration of dissolve, press 4 on keyboard number and then up and down keyboard .

Thank you for the help! Searching and selecting all dissolves with the “lens” works great!
But after changing the value all dissolves do have the same value/length 
What I am doing wrong(I am on macOS Catalina) ?
