Dont See Projects After fresh Install, please help

I will update this thread when i find out what my actual issue was.
For now I was able to get in-touch with our Flame Artist, restored tomorrows work from archive and the system is online.

Just trying to avoid restoring all the other projects from archive if we can.

is it possible that backing the folder opt/Autodesk to an external harddrive with ignored permissions somehow altered the permissions of the files i backed-up in an unwanted way?
Perhaps why finder wont copy the full 196 gb from op/Autodesk/clips?

I may have answered my own question. I donā€™t believe I was aware of the steps outlined by Autodesk to reformat the system disk.
