OK, first problem: it looks like a shitload of hotkeys that use the ctl, alt and menu buttons as modifiers are not working anymore. And perhaps also some Function keys? @randy, any suggestions?

I had some function key issues with mine but was able to remap the keys using the VIA link on their website.
I believe I set print, scroll, and pause break on all 5 macro layers to solve my function key problem.
Upon further investigation I find I have lost my Function Keys and my menu (fn) key. And for what it’s worth, I tried to post this earlier but got an error message that said I was making too many requests. What’s up with that?
I dunno. Stop making so many requests?

I’d much rather have your input on my key issue.
Major disappointment. It’s a beautiful keyboard, but if it doesn’t work right, it’s not much use to me.
standby. I just got mine 4 days early. some F keys not responding to OS, just keyboard.
I couldn’t get any F keys to work in flame.

Five bucks says the keyboard shipped with the function key set in media mode as media keys, and not traditional function keys. Try pressing in holding the function plus X plus L for four or five seconds and see if that toggles the function buttons to their traditional function status instead of as media buttons
Tried that long ago. It changes them, but doesn’t fix them. I’m figuring out it’s probably a driver/environmental variable sort of issue. I will have my engineer look into it the next time he is in. If he can’t figure it out, I will use it to replace the most hated mac keyboard on my side piece and find another keyboard with brown keys that works better. You have my address. I’ll expect the five bucks in the mail next week.
Ah, I’ve run into a snag with Keychron on Mac. No F13,14,15. So no primary, secondary, blend… This is a huge snag. Going back to mac keyboard for the moment. Hopefully this is not a Karabiner remap situation.
Have you tried remapping all 4-layers of your keys to print, scroll, and pause? This can be done with software provided on their website. That is how I solved my function key issue.

Ah VIA, yeah I’ll play with that when I get some downtime!
yeah, I considered that. But ya know, going from home to office on different keyboards, want to keep hotkeys in same space if possible.
