I sort of wish this didn’t happen very late on a Sunday night for Pacific time zone. If it happened on a Friday afternoon PDT, maybe Autodesk would reconsider their licensing strategy.
AWS outages are always interesting - one could say, single point of failure for the world economy. But that’s less an ADSK failure, because even if Flame ran, FrameIO and many other things are down too, so your pipeline will get stuck one way or the other. And your client no doubt will know about it already.
I’m having issues here in the USA. My token amount is incorrect and buying a month license is not working either. I couldn’t even get a live person on the chat, nor submit a ticket. Good times.
