There hasn’t been a new Product Manager hired to replace Will. Steve McNeill is taking care of the Product Management duties in the interim.

Stéphane, Grant, and other members of the development team will continue to interact with users on different channels, conferences, and events. We will also try to involve users in more validations than before.

The decision making activities have always been collegiate in the Flame team. Many people are consulted and the work is shared amongst different individuals. This will continue and you shouldn’t see much change on your side.
