Flame Family 2023.2 is compatible with macOS Ventura, as you can see on our System Requirements page: please make sure Flame and services have permissions to use the storage (Full Disk Access). Major macOS update often remove the permissions.

But the best way to check - Flame comes with a Service Monitor app (you’ll find it in the Application/Autodesk folder). Run it and the ‘full disk access’ function under diagnostics. It will check what you’re missing:
