Looks like you can no longer Schedule a Call with support anymore. See screen shot.
We still see “schedule a call” option. That being said, we don’t have the “chat” option…
I think what happened, this case is classified as “Other” instead of “Technical Support”. Don’t know how that happened.
So I have a significant issue that Flame will not archive projects. What is the most effective way to get support? I don’t think it’s in my reseller’s wheelhouse.
