Is there something I’m missing to get an alpha/roto from Silhouette OFX to show as the result of the OFX node once I’m back in flame? With Mocha there’s a “View Matte” or “Apply Matte” option in the OFX controls in flame. With Silhouette I see options for Roto, Paint, Output: Cutout and Output: Composite but none of those give me a black and white alpha image.
I figured out that when you first load the OFX it matters what you choose for “New Project”. To get what I wanted I chose “Matte Assist ML” as the Project Type and back in flame I get a front/matte result from the node.

is there a way to change the project type after you’ve built out the silhouette setup?
just answered my own question. from inside silhouette, make sure your output settings are correct for outputting an alpha. then from batch, on the ofx node controls, make sure the Render drop down has Output:Cutout selected. And the Source Alpha dropdown has Clear Alpha selected. (just copied those settings over from an ofx node I had set the proper project type on from the get go.
