I’ve had a support case open for 26 hours now and have yet to receive a peep about it. Remember the good ol’ days of calling support and getting a person? Those were good times.
Don’t forget that the support subscription along cost 4-5 times what the software alone costs now…
Paying 3rd party support on the odd occasion is still cheaper and you can get support pretty quick from the likes of Jack Horrocks.
But yes, I definitely miss those days.
I would personally pay an extra support fee to be able to call or email and have a response within an hour.
