PTH-651 needs to use USB bridging flag

I got it. I got my pen sensitivity back. Thanks to a little help from my friends here at Logik. PTH-660 with the latest client and latest drivers. High Performance Preview mode on client. USB auto forward.

Wacom drivers? PCoIP versions?
