Got another old question - ctrl escape is opening system activity window on Centos - I cannot for the life of me remember how to to disable this? Does anyone else?

Assuming you are on CentOS 7.x

  1. Go to System Settings
  2. Select Shortcuts and Gestures at the top-right
  3. Select Global Keyboard Shortcuts on the left
  4. Select Run Command Interface in the KDE component drop down at the top
  5. Select Show System Activity in the list
  6. Select Custom and keep the assignation to None.
  7. Apply
