Xsetwacom in Rocky 8.5

Trying to disable hand or touch interference with the “Wacom Intuos Pro S Pen stylus”.
when using xsetwacom --list
Wacom Intuos Pro S Pen stylus id: 11 type: STYLUS
Wacom Intuos Pro S Pad pad id: 12 type: PAD
Wacom Intuos Pro S Pen eraser id: 22 type: ERASER
Wacom Intuos Pro S Pen cursor id: 23 type: CURSOR

then running a
xsetwacom --set “Wacom Intuos Pro S Pen stylus” touch off

does not do the trick.
Trying:
xsetwacom --set “Wacom Intuos Pro S Pen stylus” touch “TOUCH off”
‘Touch’ requires exactly 1 value(s).
xsetwacom --set “Wacom Intuos Pro S Pen stylus touch” TOUCH off
Cannot find device ‘Wacom Intuos Pro S Pen stylus touch’.

Still no success :frowning:

/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/90-wacom-touch.conf

Section "InputClass"
       Identifier "Wacom No Touch"
       MatchDriver "wacom"
       Option "Touch" "off"
EndSection

Still not working, I tried on the file you suggested and adding that piece into /etc/X11/xorg.conf and nothing yet after the reboot or logoff

In Rocky 8.5/8.7 you should be able to just switch it off in the Gnome system preferences…?

What out friend @ManChicken posted above should be the way to go if you are not shell friendly.

This worked out great! Thank you
