Flame is still filtering and damaging images when it should not be.
In the past few versions I’ve seen artifacts like this from Resize.
When I need to be confident that there won’t be resampling on an image crop I use 2D Transform – I’ve always found it to be transparent.
Isn’t setting the crop options to destination in the resize node redundant? If you leave the crop options set to source, you will get the same result at the other end without the filtering artifact.
Actually, something I thought of over the weekend works also. If you change the setting to Letterbox, change the filter to Bicubic, then go back to Centre/Crop, the problem goes away even with the Crop option set to destination. For what it’s worth, this fixes the other issue you had with the crop/lock output getting filtered.
This issue has been fixed in the 2023 version.
