I've been using flame for decades and I still don't know

Also, Alt-clicking a red “are you sure” confirmation dialog box will force confirm for all subsequent dialogs. “Yes, I really want to reset and/or delete all of these things, Flame!”

Except when mass copying secondaries in the TL Image apparently, not that I’m bitter.

I used to do this constantly until someone here pointed out the solution to that is to switch the panel view mode from Single to Dual. I have never done it since.

In the gmask tracer node the button is right next to the FX Nodes button on the bottom.

I literally just looked down at the node bin and said to myself “There’s a Dissolve Node?”

Back in the day, creating a cube on ADO was a rite of passage at MPC.

Cubes? Kid stuff. There was even an auto-cube function. I made an icasohedron, a dodecahedron and tons of 3 and 4 sided pyramids. I calculated the positions of the sides with an hp11c.

I was trying to explain to my son the utter awe I had seeing stuff like this when I was a kid and it’s basically impossible to articulate.

You were lucky! We used to have to build our cubes on Abekas A51s!

I think it’s the blue one on the desktop. However, since I hardly look at the desktop, I rely on creation time. Or render to the schematic. And also auto replace.

well i started out using the CEL P152 Maurice effects unit which was quirky to say the least…freeze frame triggered with a 15mm square button in the middle of a touchscreen, surrounded by other effect triggers!

Nightmare.

The Abekas was a dream when we got one of those!!

This has been around for quite a few versions now. I’m surprised so few people are aware of it. I like to work in single level. I only switch when I want to open multiple folders at a time for that big picture view. One thing that has always bugged me thought is that in Single Level, new folders enter their name, but in heirarchy, the name field is left live.

Edit: Looks like that got fixed.

They have brains???
